KING CHECKMATE Opus Arcana Covert Intervention 6546	Posted - 2014.12.26 14:54:00 - [1] - Quote So, apart from the fact that if i get in CQ situations vs MORE than one person i will probably die, i get Hate mail EVERY SINGLE GAME. Sure , people get mad cuz, im camping on an elevated position shooting down at them with my RR while they cannot shoot back. But again, THIS IS HOW CCP MADE CALDARIS! As i see it , Caldaris with RR;s are meant to be like Combat Snipers. And Its not like its easy! Up here there is a whole different world you have to be careful of. Snipers will always target you first. ADS are a Nightmare unless i happen to be using my CalMando. IF there is a ground access to the roof/elevated position:Scouts Will try to sneak behind you and slit your throat while they scream bathing in your blood and the rest of their team Dances Naked under the moon.... And it sucks being a roof camper who cant pilot a dropship... Yesterday i was fighting against a team that had an ADS always hovering over me (LionsFan I think) And another Dropship with Mobile CRU Just dropping 2-3 People over my head every minute... I dont know anymore, i should probably just go back to Amarr Assault...Its the only role I'm mildly decent at and people dont hate me for it...(as much) Amarrian Born And State Patriot.

He is my Main Tower Camper. I usually take it out when i know im spawning on a roof of sort and infantry cannot get to me on foot. Kaalakiota and Swarm launcher 2 cx Damage mods + 1 Shield Energizer + 1 cx Reactive plates. -Assault ck.0 is pretty beastly if fitted right, even with those prolonged shield delays. It is pretty beastly. If you fit it correctly, you wont have too much problem with those shield delays :3 (I use 2 Shield Energizers and 2 CX shield Regulators XD) -The infamous Scout ck.0 is okay... having no precision is bad, having a range bonus is worse with the way things are with range amplifiers. Incorrect. Having a Range bonus of 50% When a COMPLEX Range amp gives you 15% is Godly. Any other scout would need at least 2 cx range amps and STILL not get the same range as the cal scout. My cal scout works both as true scout (2 cx Precision enh and 1 cx Damp) or Battle Scout ( 4Cx Shield Extenders,1 Cx Reactive plate, 1 cx Shield Regulator) I truly think the Cal scout is the best scout ATM...But this, im aware is just my opinion. -The Logi... The sentinel is the most Awesome s**** ever. The only reason im not running around with it and a Kaalakiota is because i dont have ammo.... @ Proto Level i use it with 2 Shield Exntenders 2 Shield Energizers/rechargers and 1 cx Shield regulator. I get Over 700 Shields at 80+ Shield regen per sec with only 2.4(i think) Shield recharge delay and an Incredibly OP 0.6 Shield Depleted delay... PLUS Freakn Shield resistance to lasers...MUAHAHA Aww..no ammo and i hate EZ mode guns...u.u (ehem ehem Hmg Ehem.)) Amarrian Born And State Patriot.

Anyways, I still believe that a level 5 proficiency shotgun on a Minmatar Assault is still the scariest thing in CQC. As a regular RR user (lately at least) i can assure you i CAN indeed rip new holes into (forgive me) Amarrian Dropsuits and Out-range them pretty easily. You see, for a ''LASER LONG RANGED WEAPON'', the SCR rifle is actually more of a Mid range weapon... The only weapon will fight a RR at its optimal is the Laser rifle... Playing as : Calmando, Calscout & Calassault.
